My Acne Medication Choices

I have been trying to find the best acne medication for me. I have found a variety of products by many different companies. Right now, I am concentrating on essential oils.

The first essential oil that I used as an acne medication was Tea Tree essential oil. I did some research and found that Tea Tree oil can be used for more than just burns and acne. Some people use Tea Tree essential oil in their favorite lotion to help with colds and flu.

Another essential oil that I have tried as an acne medication was essential oil of Ylang Ylang. Ylang Ylang has an antiseptic quality that made it sound like a good treatment of my acne. I even tried some in my aromatherapy diffuser to help with nervous tension.

Ylang Ylang didn't seem to work as well as an acne medication as I'd hoped. I tried another essential oil trying to find relief for my acne. I tried some Sage Clary essential oil. I've read that Sage Clary essential oil is used for skin care and acne. It worked for me as an acne medication.

Further reading on Sage Clary essential oil has led me to the conclusion that it can do a lot more than just be my acne medication. I've been using the Sage Clary essential oil in my favorite massage oil and it is doing wonders for my hypertension.

I ran out of Sage Clary essential oil before I placed an order for refill. I needed to use something on my face, so I tried the Patchouli essential oil. I read on the internet that Patchouli is an insecticide and an antiseptic. I had always thought that it smelled nice. I had no idea it was so useful.

My mother decided that I needed to be more practical with my acne medication. She wanted me to try treatments that I could purchase at the local grocery store. I agreed to try a product line that I had heard good things about.

I decided that I would try some of the Aveeno acne medication. The first product that I chose was the Aveeno Daily Moisturizer Clear Complexion. I started out with one application daily, and then I increased it to three times a day by the third week.

I told my mother that I'd give each product a month and that if I was unhappy after a month with my acne medication, then I would try another one. After the first month of the Aveeno Clear Complexion product, I wanted to try another one. I tried another product in the Aveeno line, the foaming cleanser.

I was really happy with the foaming cleanser to by my acne medication. My face felt extremely clean and I had relatively few breakouts while I was using the cleanser twice a day. I would recommend this as a good acne medication.

I had been using the Aveeno Clear Complexion Foaming Cleanser twice daily for a month when I decided to just add another facial product from Aveeno. I did not want to discontinue the use of the foaming cleanser. I added the Aveeno Clear Complexion Astringent. The astringent was good to add to my existing acne medication routine.

As an acne medication, the Aveeno Clear Complexion Astringent is a good product. My skin feels so clean and refreshed after I use it. The only ingredient that I wish it did not have is alcohol. I'm beginning to think that no acne medication is perfect.

I didn't notice that Aveeno had an acne medication acne treatment bar until my foaming cleanser ran out. I read the packaging for the acne treatment bar and was thrilled to see oatmeal as an ingredient. I took the bar home and used it on my oily, acne prone skin and really liked the results.

My mom swears by Biore products. I told her that I would use their products in an attempt to find the right acne medication for me. The first product that she bought for me was the Biore Pore Perfect Blemish Fighting Ice Cleanser.

Biore Pore Perfect Blemish Fighting Ice Cleanser penetrates pores to control acne blemishes. It is supposed to help prevent new acne blemishes. This is a refreshing acne cleanser. I could feel it permeate deep into my pores.

I could feel the acne medication clearing up and helping to prevent my blemishes. It didn't take long to add this product to my face care routine. All I had to do was wet my face, pump the cleanser into my hands and work it into lather.

I like to massage this acne medication all over my entire face. After I rinse my face thoroughly, I feel so refreshed. I was glad that I read the warning about not using this product with another acne medication. I was about to use my astringent when I found that I could really dry out my skin.

The next Biore product that my mom wanted me to try was the Biore Pore Perfect Warming Anti-Blackhead Cream Cleanser. I was ready to try a new acne medication. I liked the way the anti-blackhead cream cleanser penetrated my pores.

I had needed an acne medication that could control blackheads. The Biore cleanser also helps prevent new blackheads and acne blemishes. The cleanser is self-heating and warms to target dirt and oil in your pores.

This is another easy to use acne medication. All I had to do was massage the cleanser all over my face. I liked how warm it felt and how clean my face looked afterward.
